Bhutan Philanthropy Ventures Private Limited (BPV) started its operation in June 2015. BPV is a commercially operated social enterprise founded by His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize social impact.
