The Department of Local Governance (DLG), MoHCA is implementing “Capacity-Building Training for Gups and other relevant LG Functionaries”. This project assignment will run from 1st February 2021 to 31st May 2021
and deliver the outputs as indicated under section 2.7 of the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The activty is managed by DAI Global Belgium and contribute to the European Union funded project titled: BHUTAN Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation (EU-TACS).
In this regard, the EU-TACS Project’s Local Office at Bhutan Philanthropy Ventures in Thimphu is inviting local specialised firms to submit their Expression of Interest to Karpo Dukpa at Bhutan Philanthrophy Ventures email: karpo@bpvbhutan.com. These should be no more than three pages and include:
A brief description of the firm
Relevant project experiences;
Details of qualified in-house personnel.
